DuoDote is designed to be used in the presence of life-threatening poisoning by organophosphorus nerve agents or insecticides.

DuoDote nerve agent auto injector is commonly used by prehospital providers including EMS, fire departments, police, and law enforcement agencies. Also can be used in certain industrial settings where a nerve agent antidote may be needed.
